I am a Cape Town based newborn and child photographer, with years of experience photographing children of all ages.
I’m known for my natural and soulful children’s photography, and have plenty of hands-on experience working with kids of all ages. As a mother myself, I have the patience, skill and ability to connect with your child – meaning I know how to put your little one at ease. The relaxed, fun atmosphere that I create means that I shoot portraits like no other child photographer does, capturing those precious moments when your child is laughing, serious or lost in their thoughts. I dedicate much of my time to finding the most stunning locations to capture natural portraits of children in beautiful, natural light. As I prefer to work outdoors as much as possible, each portrait shot features an incredible backdrop – ranging from green forest to winelands to the beautiful Cape Town beaches.
My portraits are not your usual studio shots – I love getting creative and using natural light, resources and scenery to create something much more special and unusual. After all, our children are growing up surrounded by such incredible beauty here in the Cape – so it’s wonderful to capture that as part of a portrait.
